This registration session will allow you to complete your contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

• CUSTOM CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS FOR DIVISON WINNERS!

GAME TIMES WILL BE IN THE MORNINGS

6 REGULAR SEASON GAMES, THEN PLAYOFFS (EVERY TEAM MAKES THE PLAYOFFS)

LOCATION GAMES PLAYED IS STILL BEING DETERMINED

EACH PLAYER RECEIVES A JERSEY

GAME DAY ADMISSION FEE: $3 PER ADULT 

AGES 12 AND UNDER ARE FREE 

PLAYERS AND HEAD COACH ARE FREE
